Artemali Ocoxal is a community-based enterprise founded in 2009 by Indigenous women from Tepatlaxco de Hidalgo, Puebla. They use ancestral techniques to transform dry pine needles—known as ocoxal in the Nahuatl language—into unique and functional handcrafted pieces. Their catalog includes products for the home, office, decoration, and personal accessories, such as tortilla warmers, baskets, necklaces, and earrings.
