Please draw or photograph your booth set up, including service window, back, front, hitches, and awnings. Include dimensions, width, and length. PHOTOS PREFERED. This information is important, without it we cannot give you a proper location. *Please note Food vendors will be selected to participate based on menus and is at the sole discretion of Cultural Affairs. Not all Vendors who apply will be selected. Vendors who are selected to participate will be notified by email. If you are selected, payment must be received by May 5, 2025 to hold your space.

Menu Items

Please list the complete menu of items (including prices) to be sold (food, beverages, snacks, sides, etc.) Please try to provide unique items that have less potential for duplication. List items in order of preference. In an effort to encourage a diverse selection of menu items WNMU reserves the right to request menu changes and/or deny your application. You will not be able to sell items not listed here.

FEES

10 x 10 booth: $200 each
Beverage only: $150

Standard booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’
Vending hours

Thursday, June 5: 6-10 PM
Friday, June 6:  4-10 PM
Saturday, June 7: 10 AM-10 PM
Sunday, June 8: 11AM-2PM

Vendors can apply for more than one space.

When choosing the size of space please keep in mind the complete size of your space including trailer hitches, tables, attachments, awnings, and anything that may extend outside your area.
